starview 2 the box picture issue (black bars)

i seem to be having an issue with the starview 2. it doesnt seem to fill the screen and has black bars on top and bottom.

if i do the 4:3 it stretches the picture and the sides are missing or go off screen

any help appreciated

Go into your tv display settings and make sure its set to 16.9 do the same on the starview display settings aswell.

im not sure about the tv i will try that i was certain i had it set on wide or 16:9 i have the starview set on 16:9
