star plus missing

has someone got the frequency for star plus, tried a scan wont pick it up.

tried 11261/27500 h

still no luck.

Both just tuned in on 28.2e ok though 11261 wanted a little nudge on dish to strengthen signal.

I have an issue with Star Plus. It keeps freezing. I have commando 14.7. Tried Auto Bouquet and also tried bouquet editor and still the same.

Any ideas? How do I amend my frequency to above depending if that is the issue or not.

for some reason Starplus SD is not clearing but HD one works fine

The SD version is on a weaker signal. Perhaps your dish alignment could do with a tweak?

Using the same dish, I got
Star Plus HD, SNR = 89%, AGC = 88%
Starplus SD, SNR = 69%, AGC = 86%
