Sprinter diagnostic which one?

i have just got a sprinter 313cdi 2001 its runing fine at moment but need some diagnostic software and hardware for the future.i have seen these round plug leads on fleebay that will fit mine but i need to connect it to laptop through usb ,The leads on ebay are not usb ended so i take it i would need a adapter of some sort.my laptop is not Bluetooth so prefer usb.and also a name of a good software has anybody got any ideas or suggestions for me.

could you not buy a usb dongle for the laptop,,cheap as chips.fook knows about the software that would b needed

delph cars best for sprinters cheap enough and works well providing you have a laptop and obd cable
