Some channels wont show listings on epg after they changed frequencies April 15

Not sure if this is the right section to post but Sly 1 and Sly living etc wont show any listings even after running epg update manually.

Any ideas?

Moved from downloads mate, unsure what box you have to move there

what are you using to populate the EPG ?
OpenTV or Rytec ?
