Solo SE v2 and dual dvbc

If I get Solo SE V2 with dual dvbc tuner. Do I still need a USB cable tuner installed?
This for a VM connection. Any advice on setup and connection would be most welcome.

No you won't need a usb cable tuner.

But you also won't be watching anything on VM either
