VU+ Solo2 Solo 2 fan crontrol

I have my 3rd solo 2 lorison clone and the fan is running at max speed (other two boxes are fine)

I'm running openvix and can turn the fan off but the pwm slider seems to have no affect on speed.

Is there anyway to adjust the fan at all?

Download the plugin Fan Control 2

Set it up as 4 pin fan, much better control over speeds and temp.

Tried that and to no affect. In the end I 7volted the fan. Seems ok.
