skybox f5s not working when line entered

hi guys got an skybox f5s when I put the line in I just get scrambled channels I no the line is ok cos iv got it working on my other box any help appricated ....thanks

do you enter line in cccam or mgcamd

also check your network settings, as I have noticed when you flash a new firmware DHCP is disabled
