Skybox F3 Password

Good afternoon,
Bought a skyBox f3 hd version from a private house he has since moved a few months ago.
It has a gift which is working ,the problem I have is that the Channel edit , factory setting and usb port plus all the other options for those menus is protected with a four digit p/word can anyone suggest a way to rest the pin/password or obtain it.
