When i first got sky digi i dident hav a viewing card so the engineer couldent test the channels for me, but he tiped in a few numbers on a blue screen and a secret menu came up. then he pressed select and all the channels came up, he was flicking through sky one,uk gold and they worked but i dident hav a viewing card. Can someone tell me what he could hav done.

This is true, you should have looked at him while he typed it in.
This I assume was in option 6 thought i don't have sky.
it's like the nokia if you type in sim0clock the clock stops on your phone.
but with sky option6 if you input 7592455 spelling sky bill you will retrieve your bill but entering the wrong code your system will lock up, people on this forum should try inputing what they think (most likely related to sky) you never know we may have the code soon..

it's not only in the card..it's the box..
