Phone Unlocking sim generator

I started reading about pay as you go sim card generator but got cutoff Iam unable to find the site again, can any one tell me about it or were I could get one.

If you look in C:/windows/history it will tell you every page you have looked at in the last few days.

don`t bother. Non of them work!! Your phone will be switched off by the time you get through trying them all.....
