signal loss

hi i asked this in european satellite but got no answers
my son has a sky + hd subscription and every afternoon from 3pm to 6 pm he loses quality on one tuner it is actually the feed from the lnb because if he swaps the leads over the other tuner has the same problem the sky box says NO SATELLITE SIGNAL is being received i have connected a linux box and that says the snr is zero it happens quite suddenly you can be watching a program and suddenly it freezes
