iPod Setting up itunes account

Will want too upgrade my daughters ipod touch too the new firmware in the future but when i try and register her name and details through i-tunes it comes too the bit where u have too register a credit which I DONT WANNA DO for obvious reasons lol,is there a way i can get the update without having too register a credit card :xmas:

As far as I know, there is no other way fo you to register.

But once you have, there is an option to remove your payment details from that account.
