scambled channels openbox s9

i cant pick anything up but fta, ive had a cline running on my dreambox 500s
disconnected, setup my s9, the cline is online but channels are still scrambled

What am i doing wrong, ive rebooted

When installing the c line did you make sure you ticked the box to activate?

sorted - uploaded a sly fav channel list and its now bringing up the channels
