RS232 parts and tut

m8 ur better off pming wayneboy its only 6 pounds and u'll get next day coz the time ur going to spend on it and stuff will cost u lot more plus if u have to wait for parts u might as well get it ready made. im so glad i never build it myself i would probably still be trying to get it going.

cheers mate i got the stuff to build it from maplins but forgot the 9 pin serial connector so i ordered one off wayneboy earlier on. he's sending it out tomorrow so will let u guys know how i get on. he's a top lad i here and im sure his goods will be top notch too. cheers for ur help guyz.

buy the way i went to return the parts to maplins and they would not accept the max232 chips back or the capacitors. any ideas guys? thanks.
