RJ45 cable ?

Chaps, Does any one know of an adapter or connector to connect 2 RJ45 cables together? The bairn is redoing his room and wants the pc at the farthest possible point away from the RJ45 connector.

I cant just run another cable up as his room is in the loft and dont want to spend a fortune on wireless (not unless is cheap now)...lol
