reseting the digibox

i need to know how to reset the sky digibox as im using the battery trick to get box office for free. ive been told a couple of ways how to reset it but they havent worked? so can someone help me please?

I'm not sure what you mean by reset, but if you want to attempt to download the latest version of the set-top box software - this might be the same as a reset, then unplug your digibox. wait 10 seconds. Press BACKUP, and keeping it pressed until you get a message on screen, plug the digibox back in. The message will only be displayed if your box is connected to your TV via SCART.

how do i download the new set top box software? i cant plug my digibox into the phone line as my viewing card is full and if i plug it back in i will be charged! so if anyone can help again please!
