Replacement Internal Fan For DM800SE - Options?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a suitable replacement internal fan for a dm800se other than sourcing one from China?

The dm800se internal fan is nice and quiet and looks to be a 60mm fan with power consumption of 12V/0.16A. A lot of the available 60mm fans are 2.5cm thick which might be a problem for clearance inside the case?

Hmmm, interesting, it looks as though it would work OK on a dm800se. Out of choice I think I would prefer an internal fan as a direct replacement

a direct replacement internal fan is the better option on the 800SE, a laptop cooler will work but you will loose the ability to use E2 plugins for fan speed and voltage control which is one of the main benefits of the OEM fan. You'll also in effect waste a USB port to power the laptop cooler.
