Replacement Fan for DM800SE ?

Hi,

Can anyone please recommend a quiet replacement fan for a dm800se as the existing fan is noisy. In the past, I have found the fans to be reasonably quiet but this one is noisier than normal.

Hi m8. You might just get away with a spot of oil on the fan spindle. Some TM5402's have notoriously noisy motors, especially after a couple of years' use, and a drop of oil shuts them up for a bit longer. Remove fan, carefully peel back the sticked in the middle & you'll see the spindle. A wee touch of 3-in-1 and you'll have peace again
