Renault Megane keycard battery low warning!

I had this flash up on the dashboard the other day so methinks I will use the spare one! Swapped the battery bits about on them and got same warning so they are obviously both low! Is it as straightforward as changing the battery or is this a dealer job does anyone know please?

Ive got the same type mate... Just pull the little side thing off the card.. The battery is in there... Its a cr3302 or something like that??? a round flat thing....

Just swap them for new.... Thats all i did...

This is what mine look like, I was imagining the battery was in the large part but I can't see a way of getting into it!

ahh right... a bit different from mine...
have alook here though mate and look for your key.. it looks like the end just pops off on yours?

Yes, I can seperate the two bits and mine is on that site - it looks like a dealership job or order one myself! I was hoping I could just change the battery myself but it looks like that is a no!
