recordings looking squashed together..

Hi guys.. Don't know if this is an issue or just as it is but I've just started recording now & all is good making recordings & viewing but the list of recordings is all squashed together like say the walking dead & xfactor half overlapping so I can barely make out. ok with only a few recordings but as I get more I ain't going to have a clue is there a way to alter how this is displayed at all?? thanks in advance...

When your in that section you need to click the menu button it will bring up a settings list, on that look for number of rows i think it is, then reduce it, im sure its manually set to 16 maybe reduce to 12/13.
