re techno tm500 super

hi guys i am wondering if someone can help me with my spare receiver? i have tried to download images etc and have downloaded latest tools but the receiver is not recognised by laptop? also the receiver keeps saying that it is not connected to internet so nothing is working f/s only, all my other boxes are fine, what am i doing wrong, help be appreciated

What program are you using to flash the TM?

Flash it though ip address.

Make sure network settings are set to dhcp power off box at mains press n hold the power button ( I think long time since I done one) keep it pressed until 3 numbers appear on the boxes display. This will be the last 3 digits of its IP address, ie if it says 102 the IP address will be 192.168.x.102 where x is the same as your network settings. If all is good type that address into web browser and follow onscreen instructions for flashing new firmware. Make sure you have the firmware on your pc first and in zipped. I find the iq team image the best but will only work on tm600 or tm500 super
