I'm buying a cheap 32" 720p tv for the bedroom to pair with a VM tivo.

Considering this deal if I can get free delivery

If not I can pick up from Richer sounds

That one from Richer sounds is a good deal there is a 5 year warranty with it for 241.00 all in sorted m8 go for it. The other one is a 12 month manufacturer warranty so will cost more money. Had a look at a few for you and I dont think you can beat your price for a sammy.
