Removed and updated ALL seasonal Channels, just True Christmas remains (but picon changed ready)

reality, I thought this was the same as CBS reality but it seems to show some different programming so added it for now and will see when programmes change if to keep one or both

when you run the plugin there is a small update that you will not even notice ;) the update contains BH install: maybe someone can confirm if it also works on Amiko receivers too :)

Sky Sports added a different freq that worked for a match the other week, if our Scottish users can keep me updated on this please and I will make any additional changes if needed :)

I Have Edited The File Above, If You Are Suffering From Greyed Out Channels File Above Will Fix It
Just A Messed Up .XML File, Also Fixed If You Use The Plugin To Download
