PVR Dual

Im looking at finding a box that will act like a pvr and allow me two record two channels at once.

Am i right in thinkin the Dreambox 7025 can do this?

Are there any other alternatives out there?

u can look @ the new starview i think they have tuner too but im not sure if they can record 2 @ once

The Starview pvr's can only record one channel at a time.

yep i believe if you put two tunners in the 7025 you can record 2 channels at same time

so i take it theres no other alternative to dream 7025? pretty expensive route if there aint.

You could always buy two dvb-c cards - then run VDR (linux), works really well.
You end up with a PC capable of being a web server, sql srver etc as well as being a full media center.
But it does take a lot of patience to setup.
