PSP Slim & Lite

you can use disinter 3.80. just do step 1 which puts all the files on you MS then when this is done stick the datel battery in and away you go. when your on 3.80m33 use this internet update and youll go upto the latest m33 firmwire.

as far as ima aware it doesnt do anything to the ps3 link but ive never used it

you wont need anymore hardware.
the datel battery and 2gb stick will be enough to modify it.

software needed
PSP grader : https://www.digitalworldz.co.uk/index.php?resources/2181/
you will also require the sony 1.50 and 3.80 firmware eboots

1.50: https://www.digitalworldz.co.uk/index.php?resources/878/
3.80: https://www.digitalworldz.co.uk/index.php?resources/2089/

load the eboots into PSP grader, connect your USB and hiy start.
it will create the memory stick needed for your datel battery.

cant answer the question on the PS3 as i dont own 1 but i do know people on other forums that say it works ok.

sorry mate but you cant use disinter on a unmodded PSP.
disinter is homebrew and wont run on official firmware.
so you will need a pre-modded PSP if you want to use disinter to create the memory stick.

but JTH found PSP grader (in my above post) that will do the job ;)

using disinter u need custom psp.

use psp grader all u need is datel.

to quick for me larry lol

ohright i thought you could use disinter to just load the files on the memory card.
Thought needing the modded psp was to run the homebrew bit for battery

that was mr dudes gui mate.
it copied all the files to the memory stick and all you needed was a pre-modded PSP to create the battery.
but you cant use mr dudes for a slim PSP, as it was to downgrade a FAT to 1.5

disinter is different, the formatting and file creation is done by running the pandora installer and Despertar del cementrio from the PSP.
and the 2 programs are homebrew so they need a custom enabled PSP to work.

The PSP grader found by john though works very well and is so simple even he can do it :salute:

ive seen a few people saying that they cant get psp grader to run with the datel
has anyone got a datel to try it?????
it works no bother with normal pandora batt

Psp

cheer guys. it looks simple enough
anybody have issues with PS3 link etc to PSP after firmware messing?

1.50_Original_Firmware

1.50_Original_Firmware... found it on another forum.

do i need it plug to the mains charger to perform mod?

always good idea to put powerlead in when doing any update but they normally have a 75% battery power check when doing updates

Yes make sure your psp has 75% or more before you update
