Ps2 Back making don't have a clue

Can anyone tell me how to back up ps2 games?
What software is best used to make the back up?

I have a plextor and plextor tools is great unless the game needs patching.
other wise Discjuggular is good.

to tell the truth i personally dont see much of a difference anymore the speed u can buy them now!! but if u gonna be doing ps2 games dont burn them faster that 4x as low as possible and get a good make, plextor or yamaha ive found to be the best.

The type of cd you use is important as well "Verbatim metal AZO" I find works the best probley because of its blue bottom..
