Right first of all I would like to apologise for the nasty qulity of these pics, they were taken with a cheap webcam that I borrowed from work.

To get the full story of why I'm posting this have a look at this link

hummmmm thats cooooooooooooool m8 must be a first is this all your own idea ?? and i have a 1000mkz thunderbird but it don't seem that it gets that hot to warrant watercooling i guess this is due to the overclocking but i am not knocking it i think it is a unique idea just hope you don't spring a leak

I have a 486 conneected to a hotpoint fridge. It is clocked to 1.5 gig.The problem I have is when the fridge door is opened the system crashes. Also if I am on to long the veg on the top shelf starts to boil.I am thinking of updating my hardware but I dont know whether to get a Zanussi frost free to cut down on down time when it is being defrosted or just a regular freezer. Please help

I think it's time to stop taking the piss, that lot looks excellent. Thanks for sharing the photos Junglist.

That is awsome.... is the water pump noisy or is it gravity fed ..?
The fans on my machine drive me crazy..thinking of putting the pc in a different room

was this water cooling all your own design or are there kits...

regards

Taff

I must be missing something here. Why not get a 1.5 gig and stop mixing things that shoud not be mixed. Also how much does this sh1t cost

The pump is very quiet, almost silent.

I've spent about 250 quid on the whole kit, although postage from the USA was quite expensive bout 40 quid in total.

There are kits that you can buy with everything to get you started but I put my own kit together by mixing and matching components from
Danger Den in the USA and TekHeads in the uk and I am quite happy with the results.

If I had stuck with air cooling and just bought a 1.5 gig CPU like alot of people here keep suggesting I would need a fan to cool the CPU, plus a fan for the grphics card and a fan on the northbridge, all these fans add to the operating noise of my PC, somthing which I wanted to avoid.

Now my computer is water cooled it IS ALMOST PERFECTLY SILENT and all my components can be safely overclocked.

I score 10670 in 3D Mark 2000 and 7459 in 3D Mark 2001.

Here are the compares for anyone that is interested.

Hey im a big enough man to appologise when im wrong... i did suspect that you was into overclocking but i never new you could use a water pump i thought you needed a chiller system but there are soooooooooooooooo many ways to overclock a CPU

but it was funny and we love a laugh on here i just hope you dont hate us and if people need any help with overclocking you are here to help

[/b]but a big sorry to Junglist_DJ from ME[/b] ouch that hurt lol

Cheers

Allthough I have broken a few expensive things on the way, the Geforce 3 card was the worst of them.

Hmm I think I could do with a system like that....
The clock on mine is shagged.., it keeps saying April 1st he he he

Skippy

yer nice one junglist,
looks like a time machine.

i was once a doubter and im now a firm believer sorry m8.

hey junglist, you stated that it is water cooled, I recon that youd be able to push another 1-2 Ghz out of that setup if you upgraded to liquid nitrogen cooling and hell, why only one processor? get another few athlons in there you should be able to clock about 6Ghz but be careful of the gamma rays that youll be exposed to ;-P

can it be converted to distill vodka
Just a thought lol

No f***ing way. I see it but still can't belive it. what happens to the condensation on the pipes

Think this should of been posted on the first day of the fourth month next year b4 12
