Problems flashing a dm500s

chaps i need some help.

when i did the box i dreamup'd some crap image called 'digitalkaos' onto it which my box doesnt like too much.

i want to put the PLI image on it but my dreamup isnt responding as usual...

how do i FTP it to the box? the box is up and running fine.

what software do i need, can i do it through DCC?
