problems accessing the hub

help!!!!!!
i cant get on the hub it just says
"<Hub-Security> This hub is running version 1.0.25 of the NeoModus Direct Connect Hub Software.
<Hub-Security> This hub is for registered users only."
but i am registered i think or at least i had a pm saying i was

you are using your user name and putting your password on when connecting m8 ? and not overlooked ?

i think so i have added hub to my favorites and put the password it there is this the correct way to do it?
