Problematic tree?

right folks i'm currently awaiting the arrival of my new dish to replace sly one, but I'm wondering if this tree at the back of mine is gonna cause me any aggro.

added few pics I think if elevated enough I'll be fine

also added dishpointer pro pic from my mobile , never installed a dish before so thought i'd better ask

another quick tip instead of trying to take a pic of iphone dishpointer with camera lol press the power and home button together and it will take a pic of the screen it self
