all P2P 's have adware or spyware id guess .
i also ran spy sweeper amongst others and got zilch from limewire .
then tried a a spyware /adware programme i 'payed' for , brought up half a dozen limewire related events .

Probably been lucky, have used 2 paid 4 bits of software as well, but ok so far touch wood!

torrents for me, without out a doubt. winmx use to be the best like 3-4 years ago. u could get virtually anything back then on mx.

Got to Bit Torrent for me but i would say that i run a porn tracker, for mp3's tho it has to be limewire.
