outlook express sub password

just had to recover my pc and need to set up my email accounts again, my main 1 plus 1 of my sub accounts work fine, but i have forgot the password to 1 of the other sub accounts. i have gone through my isp problem solving, but it asks for answers to questions that i cant remember. so is there any other way of getting this info.

you'll have to call customer support and get them to reset the password for you.
