Openbox v8s problem

Hi all

Was wondering if anyone can advise me on a problem that has developed.
So i have an openbox v8s, which has been working fine. My cccam N line has expired and i purchased a new one from the same supplier as before. I tried to enter it through the methods on .cfg and it came up flashing offline and login.
I tried on a friends dreambox and line is fine.
So i went through another method via the mgcamd/newlist and again has not worked..
Can anyone advise on what im doing wrong??

Have you doubled checked everything is typed in correctly?
Have you manually typed it in? or created cfg file?
cfg file won't work in newcamd.list.
But it will in CCcam.
Check your network is properly connected. If it work on your friends recievier there's no issue with your supplier.
Your supplier should of just extended line rather than issue a new one.

Also you should always use N: in MGcamd.

Thanks river ive tried again and again.. yes i only have a N: line anyway nothing seems to be working. May have to factory reset and flash im thinking. Not sure.why supplier didnt extend and gave a new

A possible issue could be in network settings (can't remember the specific setting) but it's something like the dns was either on or off on a box and changing it fixed the issue I had.
