I have built a new PC for someone and all running fine i can download files from the internet, browse, and ping Google with no problem
the problem I am having is that no software I install will download files or see the internet connection
I have tried Windows 10 and 11 and none of these will do a Windows update. games clients will not update so can't install Steam or Epic games and so on
I have tried other network cards, disabled the onboard equipment, and so on just keep getting the same results
any suggestions.
