Openbox S9 froze

I' ve got this one and i have a same problem.
I thought my cable is bad but I tried my another box and it is working for this software.

I dont have any idea.

The eprom program says "Syncronizing STBs.." and nothing happend, but I turn it off a second, "Done" displayed in the software.
And about 7 seconds later displayed "stb memory error".

I don1t undersand. Maybe switch on-off timing problem.
