openbox problem

: thanks hi newbie here ,i have recently bought a openbox s10 and sometimes it works fine but a lot of the time it scrambles out of the blue .For example when watching a match it will keep scrambling for about 10 to 20 seconds every minuite or so and then it may go off for half a hour and then come back on ,then the same thing happens all over again. I am aware about the rules about the violations so i just leave it on same channel without flicking through channels. This is happening on hd and sd and always on sports channels,please couldd anybody shed any light on this because at the minute it is unwatchable ,many thanks .

without breaking any rules i suggest you contact your provider as that could be a problem at the other end.
