OpenATV 4.2 Softcam panel

i need this download and have nothing to offer this thread, but i have read it over a hundred times trying to get openatv working with mgcamd 1.38 , i have everything set-up i just cant find the menu to open it on the box and activate it, all other images it worked perfect, pressing blue the second option aint softcam, not pressing blue twice. can somebody help.
