open ATV =- cross epg not loading every day?

Hi All, is this a known issue or am i just crazy?for past six months i dont have any epg loaded most days. Then some days it just works. Have flashed, reflashed again and again and still no better. Any Ideas? I have ticked XMLTV Providers (UK) and Open TV (UK) both together and seperately and it still doesnt load a lot of days. Using champions open atv 4.2 image i think.

Lots of issues recently Open TV is usually reliable so all i can say is remove the version of crossepg you now have and install another set that up and see if it is any better.
