office 2010 question

Hi i have been forced by work to ditch my office 2003 :-( and the new netbook i have been given has Office professional Plus 2010 on it.

Some things are great and easy but some things takes me ages to find i suppose i will eventually find them.

Anyway what i want to know, if anybody can help

In calendar you can categorise your appointments and i have set up some category's that i use to help my end of month report and expenses, I use the calendar as a diary the different categories are different colours.

If you want a particular appointment to have two or more categories then that's OK but the colour is prominently one with a very small (easily missed) rectangle with the other colour in.

Does anybody know how you can change the size of the 2nd and 3rd category's so they are all the same ? this is on week view.
