I like to think I have a fair view of things, and I guess yes I agree there will always be the personal side to it, you will never get away from that it's the nature of people. Moderating isn't an easy task at times.....

I think the forum has evolved as well, so it's not just moderators. More users, more people tying to push those boundaries and limits, so in effect sometimes there is less and sometimes there is more latitude allowed. The other part is trying not to treat one person differently than another.
