what navigation software if any can be used on this phone. The phone does have an internal GPS, don't really want to buy Nokia maps

you can use tom tom on it m8 but you will need an external GPS receiver

so which sat nav softwre will let you use the internal aerials? And where do I snag it - seems to be a lot of threads with a lot of uploads but is doing my nut in :)

cheers,

Route 66, garmin XT both use internal gps. The only phone to work with internal gps with tom tom is N 95.

Think Co pilot 7 also works with it.

There's an update to 5.00.20 out if you look about.

Anyone allowing the Garmin XT program to access the garmin servers for traffic etc??

not bothered to try it - Garmin XT seems to work well enough and at that size screen and res your really only going for the aufio commands anyways :) As far I have have read on the net the only phone the hack works on is the N95 alone.

Jees where are my manners I'm new so hello all. Does anyone know of any programmes that will work with the N96 or 78 as Nokia's software is ok but you have to renew the Licence every year

The keygen etc worked
THe final piece of the jigsaw is the map and the map id. I have tried loads of different options
Has anyone got a (link) to a UK map together with its map id. I'm struggling with this bit and I am very clse to throwing in the towel !!
Any help will be appriciated
