A little warning to anyone who is as daft as me!

I got a shock off it once before so should have know better.
I've had it on some bubble wrap for the past two weeks flashing and stuff.
The bubble wrap went???? I dont know where??
It touched the top if the pc and there was a Flash and that was that!!!
It's the most excitment i got out of it for weeks!!

And i was startting to get somewhere.
I don't know if i can be bothered with it anymore.
I got other stuff to break.
You know it wasn't that dear i think i might even get my money back on ebay even if i say it's broken.
Someone probably would be clever enough and be bothered enough to fix it.

Ahh where's my sb5100e??? and a screw driver?

Might just do the same with mine as sick of messing with it now....

The guide Iposted for the 5100's definately works as when I put 'ANY' mac on last night and a config file it managed to somehow screw my modem up.....????

Flashed it back and changed my MAC with Blackcat then powered up and put 10MB config file in and hey presto back on.

Seems tempremental to changing any settings though, must be the beta firmware as it has died a few times when I have been messing with configs and MAC's. Have to reflash as it won't let me back onto 192.168.100.1 when it dies..... WIERD....

Isn't there a Sigma-X 1.7 that I can try on my SB5100E, or a 1.6 that is not beta?

That's what I am using but as I am on Euro Docsis I have to use the RC4 build that is a beta don't I?

i dont know, i got two modem with rc4 running fine on eurodocsis, so not gonna mess with them. i will buy some more 5100 to hack :)

I'll probably just follow suit with your plan....lol

If it ain't broke, don't fix it......
