hi I'm new to forums and also technomate. where in, I suspect lies the problem. I live in Andalucía Spain and WAS receiving BBC 1/2 ITV via intelsat 907 and sky package via astra 2/eurobird. All was well in my world, that was until I lost sound on BT sport. I managed to get BTsport back by doing a rescan but somehow lost the beeb. After much ado about everything I decided to do a factory reset . Thinking I would then rescan both satellites and all would be well. The rescan has worked for the sky lot but when I scan intelsat 27.5 907 TP 11.495 v 44100 It does not see/find the BBC or ITV channels!! I think from what I have read I may need a patch which I may have deleted when I did the factory reset. My questions are do I need the patch, where do I get it from and how do I load it onto the technomate I have a pen drive & hdd. many thanks donrob

- If you put your backed up channel list onto the receiver the channels will return if you bothered to back them up to start with.
- You dont say your set up?
These bbc/itv channels scan as data not tv channels thats the issue they need editing unless you have a channel list already made.

You will see a file on the usb stick ending cndf this is the channel list.
Save to desktop and zip it and post on here.

You should try a new scan of the satelite your on.

Start a new thread as this is non linux TM5402 model, nothing in common with TM500.
