TM 5402 HD CI mark 1

I have the Mark 1 version of the TM 5402 which has worked well but I have now lost acces to ORF HD tv in Austria which is now showing as a scrambled channel.
Is there any way that I can regain access?

Some questions which may appear rather stupid to an experienced member
1) Do I need to update my software for the new channels
2) There seems to be several updates for the M2 and M3 versions but very few for the original version . Will either the M2 or M3 updates work on the original TM 5402?
3) Is it possible to check which versions are already installed on my box and how would I do this?
4) Are there regular updates for the original box or is it now obsolete.

Orf is now off, encryption changed.
1) No update will clear orf channels
2) M1 patches only for M1 boxes, not interchangeable
3) Menu-system info-will show patch version.
4) This box is obsolete, there have been a few test patches lately that give powervu encrypted channels but has had adverse effect on other aspects of the receiver ie cs.
Orf 2 Europe is clear still on 19.2e 12692 H 22000

You are using cs to clear these, they are encrypted.
