No active client

Been trying a few days now to get my mates' box to connect with mine.
Have had some sterling help from a member here but have lost my msn.

I can see that he is connected to me but the idle time= connected time. He can see my server his side but has no entitlements.

Don't think its' the lines that are causing the problem. He is just unable to see my card for some reason.

Real stuck now, any ideas appreciated.

might be a silly question mate but can you see entitlements on your own card?

Yes mate, entitlements are there. Caid 963 and 11 lines of entitlement. Provider is listed as unknown though.
Could do with someone testing a cline for me when I get back from work as I think the problem may lie at my mates' end. He appears active momentarily but thats' all, its' as if he's being denied receiving anything from me.
