An MEP's income and he is declaring himself bankrupt !! And he is quoted as saying "I am now turning the experience to the benefit of hard-up constituents by producing a booklet on dealing with debt."
I doubt many of those constituents would be able to raise the money to enable them to declare themselves bankrupt, and would consider his income as something they could only ever dream of.
He fiddled his expenses then realised BNP had no cash?

It was more a sarcastic aside rather than an exposé M8, playing on the fact that BNP subscriptions are down. His former solicitors, Gilbert Davies, seem to be the main cause of his problems.
