New to Vu+ duo2 need advise

Hi was wondering if someone could advise me where I can find an image, channel list and cccam for starting off with a vue+ duo2 box. I previously had a spiderbox 9000hd and have heard such good things about the vu+ duo2 that I decided to give it a go. Would be very appreciated if someone could point me in the right direction.
