new Motherboard for my Pc

I'm thinking of getting a new motherboard for my Pc and the type I was thinking of getting is a soyo k7v dragon Plus. This features a smart card reader and also an adaptor card which lets do stuff for GSM Sim Cards.

I was just wondering if this would let me do the same as an El*is programmer does for the I*V Dig? So I Can programme a gold card.

If Someone could help asap, it would be much appreciated.

soyo make fairly good boards so you should be alright with it..If anyone else has anything to say about which board to get please let us know good or bad
