### New laky - sylas FTA image ### problem

having scanning problems
done what it says and set up my location from the blue button and rebooted the dbox
gone into service scan to update bouquet set cable provider to v::gin media,sections scan on .then press scan after about 20 seconds get the message
error
no channels were found .please execute a scan

anyone got any ideas why
oh and yes cable is connected to dbox

hello mate, make sure to set ur location properly..

Forget about setting location and do a scan without as I had problems with no channels found using "set Location" doesn't always work.

changed the image to the
Commando_10_powered_by_UkCvs.org_x2_07-12-2008_19h46
image and set location ,everything went ok on the scanning
ive updated the key reg with my old keys from my old image but when i click on the not f.t.a channels i get nothing ..
have i done something wrong ...
ive gone to the softcam menu and tried the camd reset but still nothing
i was using and older version of commando
im just feeling :silly:

after looking around and reading lots of post
ive found out i need the emulators in var/bin/emu/
can anyone tell me where to get these from please
or even pm me

in this image you do not need an emu as its built in
but you do need working keys

had working keys in the old cammando image i used
can you point me in the right direction for the newer keys

Think the first image had the wrong ucode for you. The second one sounds like emu/roms.

This is an rom problem by sounds of it with kkeys.

Downaload the latest nagra rom 7 file from cctoolbar and ftp them into the box and hey presto auto update working. 5 files in total should be in there, read thru the laky's image from start to finish all info you need is in there
