thanks guys ill ask around for other quotes. He has worked with a surveyer for the duchy of cornwall for a year and I gave the surveyer a call to check the reference is good. I also found him on myhammer.com and he has good reviews there too. to keep the cost down he is using a combination of ladders and towerscaffold as there is a time limit to working at heights using ladders alone.
